If you have already fully moved employees to the new UKG Pro^® mobile app, you may disregard the following message.

After March 31, 2025, the legacy UKG Pro Classic, UKG Dimensions™, and UKG Talk™ mobile apps will be removed from the Apple App Store^® and Google Play™ store, and their functionality will be impacted. Our records indicate that you have not activated the toggle to notify employees still using the legacy apps to transition to the new UKG Pro app.

To avoid disruption and complete the transition, you need to activate the in-app notification toggle for the UKG Pro Classic and/or UKG Dimensions apps. This will prompt employees to download and start using the new UKG Pro app every time they log into the legacy apps. If this action is not taken, UKG will automatically activate the in-app notification toggle for you between May 2 – 7.
