As we approach the holiday week, we want to ensure you have ample time to transition smoothly. Therefore, we've extended the end-of-life date for your Ascentis^® terminals. Please note that we will officially mark the end of life for the following models on Tuesday, July 8, 2025:

• NT7000
• NT7000 Lite
• NT6500
• NT6000
• NT450
• NT65M
• NT55M

Note: This does not impact the NT8000 Ascentis clock.

Your action may be required! As of the end-of-life date, the affected models will no longer connect or communicate, preventing employees from entering punches. To ensure uninterrupted service, any new clocks must be installed by the end-of-life date of Tuesday, July 8.

Rest assured we’re committed to assisting you throughout this transition to minimize disruption to your operations, and we’ll continue to provide technical support for your Ascentis terminals up to the end-of-life date.
