We’ve identified an issue preventing three boxes from being checked on printed Forms 941. We’re working on an update to ensure that the check boxes on your printed Forms 941 align with your company’s configuration.

Action required! For accurate and timely quarter-end filing, and to avoid penalties, take the following steps before October 31:

1. Download the Forms 941 PDF file from your UKG Pro^® solution (Administration > Reporting > Standard Reports > Available > Form 941).
2. On the PDF file, manually check the following three boxes:
• Checkbox indicating the quarter
• Checkbox indicating what to do when there is an overpayment
• Checkbox for box 16 (one choice is required)
