As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best possible service to our UKG Ready® customers, we are making improvements to enhance application performance, reduce latency, and ensure faster feature delivery.
As part of these upgrades, we will be transitioning our architecture to a new framework that will optimize reliability and speed. We are targeting this infrastructure update on Friday, June 6 resulting in system downtime from 12:00 a.m. AET - 6:00 a.m. AET.
Your action is required
Please safelist the following new IP addresses prior to Friday, June 6 to ensure continuous access to your UKG Ready solution. For a smooth transition, we recommend keeping your old IP addresses during the transition window. Once the update is complete, you can then remove the old IP addresses.
Outbound: NAT Gateway Addresses
Inbound: Load Balancer (‘A’ Records)
