As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the best possible service to our UKG customers, we are making improvements to enhance application performance, reduce latency, and ensure faster feature delivery.
As part of these upgrades, we will be transitioning our architecture to a new framework that will optimize reliability and speed. We are targeting this infrastructure update on Friday, June 6 resulting in system downtime from 12:00 a.m. AET - 6:00 a.m. AET.
Your action is required
Please safelist the following new IP addresses prior to Friday, June 6 to ensure continuous access to your HCM solution. For a smooth transition, we recommend keeping your old IP addresses during the transition window. Once the update is complete, you can then remove the old IP addresses.
