Please forward to your IT department.
Due to a global issue impacting the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) last week, we communicated via the UKG Ready – EMEA Alert group that the infrastructure update originally targeted for Friday, June 13, had been postponed. The update will now occur on Friday, July 11, resulting in system downtime from 12:00 a.m. GMT - 6:00 a.m. GMT.
Your action is required.
Please work with your IT department to determine if your organization already implements IP-based allowlists (also known as safelists). If you do, the following IP addresses need to be added before July 11. Our domain names will remain the same, so if you do not currently restrict access to applications by IP address, no action is required.
Outbound: NAT Gateway Addresses
Inbound: Load Balancer (‘A’ Records)
We recommend checking your email notifications/mail server configuration within UKG Ready® to see if an external (i.e., non-UKG) mail server is being used. If an external mail server is being used and that mail server restricts access based on origin, you will need to update the list of allowed source IPs. Finally, if your solution is configured to send data to a third-party system and this system restricts connections based on IP addresses, you will need to update the allowed sources.
Please review this Knowledgebase Article and navigate to the EU POD section for important information regarding these infrastructure changes and additional instructions for the actions required.
