As part of our ongoing commitment to improving your support experience, I’m excited to share that you’ve been selected to participate in a limited pilot of our new AI Support Assistant—a next-generation support experience in the UKG Community™ designed to help you find answers faster in the flow of your work.
With the new AI Support Assistant, you’ll be able to have interactive conversational chats, ask follow-up questions, and get the support you need. If your AI support conversation doesn’t provide you with what you’re looking for, it will help you create a support case.
Our AI Support Assistant is cutting-edge and brand-new—which means it won’t always get it right on the first try. And while it’s not a human, it is a fast learner. That’s where you and your feedback will be invaluable. We are relying on your participation and feedback to help us train it, teach it, and feed it information so it can quickly learn what you need.
We’ve added the new AI Support Assistant to the Community for you—it’s ready to assist. When you click Services & Support from the top menu in Community, you’ll see a New: Try the AI Support Assistant button below the I need to create a case card. We'd love for you to try it out and give us your continuous feedback. Each time you use and exit the AI Assistant chat, you'll be prompted to provide feedback through a form. The more feedback you give us, the more the AI Support Assistant can learn and improve.
Your participation will not only help you get the answers you’re looking for, but your feedback will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI support at UKG.
