Thanks to the valuable feedback and enhancement requests we've received, the UKG Authentication early adopter program has been extended through April to gather more valuable insights. As a result, the timeline for access to the upgrade tool will now extend from April through September 2025, with continued access beyond September. This adjustment aims to streamline your transition process and further enhance configuration capabilities.

We will be in touch between April and September with your specific upgrade details as your upgrade date approaches. Currently, there's no action required on your part. Once you gain access to the UKG Authentication upgrade tool, you'll be able to complete pre-upgrade steps and move forward with your upgrade. In the meantime, please check out the UKG Authentication Resources Community page for more information.

If you'd like to get started earlier, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Representative to participate in the early adopter program or to gain access to the upgrade tool immediately after the program concludes.
