Critical changes are coming to your UKG Pro^® Workforce Management (WFM) Microsoft Outlook^® add-in. Due to a recent update to Microsoft Outlook, your add-in will no longer be compatible with WFM once you upgrade to the latest version of Outlook. Therefore, UKG is announcing the end of life for the Outlook add-in (8604653-000) as of May 31, 2025. This add-in will no longer be serviced or supported by UKG.

Rest assured we’re committed to assisting you throughout this transition to minimize disruption to your operations, and we’ll continue to provide technical support for your add-in up to the end-of-life date.
