As we previously communicated, your Telephone Time Entry (TTE) solution reached end of engineering on December 31, 2019. UKG is now announcing the end of service for TTE as of January 1, 2026. We will continue to offer support contracts through January 1, 2026. You can also choose to renew for a partial pro-rated period. Rest assured we’re committed to assisting you throughout this change to minimize disruption to your operations. We’ll continue to provide technical support for your solution up to the end-of-service date.
