Last year, an expiration date was applied for all existing email schedule configurations and schedule report configurations that use “Send to My Completed Reports” in your UKG Ready® solution. Previously, all existing email schedule configurations were set to expire on June 20, 2025, and all schedule report configurations were set to expire on October 10, 2025.
We are now consolidating the report expiration dates to both expire on October 10, 2025.
Your action is required! If you actively use email or schedule report configurations and want the report configuration to keep running, you must update the expiration date. After October 10, any report configurations that were not updated will expire and no longer run; however, you can reactivate them at any time.
