The UKG Pro Workforce Management™ (WFM) Time-off Request Redesign for My Schedule 2024.R2 feature will be deployed to your production environment during the 2024.R2 release express upgrade 10, which began on October 30 and will continue until November 5.
What you need to know
- The Time-off Request Redesign is behind a feature switch titled “Legacy Time Off Experience.” This means that when the Legacy Time Off Experience feature switch is turned on, the current time-off request experience will remain in use, and when it is turned off, the new Time-off Request Redesign screen will be applied.
- Note: You must have the My Schedule feature turned on to use the new Time-off Request Redesign.
- When the Time-off Request Redesign feature is deployed to your production environment during express upgrade 10, the Legacy Time Off Experience feature switch will be turned on. This means you will not see the new redesign in your production environment until you turn off the Legacy Time Off Experience feature switch.
- The Time-off Request Redesign feature is already turned on and deployed to non-production environments, so you can begin updating your training materials.
