This is a final reminder that your historical data will be scheduled for removal as your organization does not have an active UKG Workforce Central® contract. Your company has not accessed your Workforce Central solution in the Kronos Private Cloud (KPC) in the last 30 days or more.
If you’ve already removed your data from KPC, then no further action is required, and we will decommission and delete your Workforce Central historical data on November 29, 2024.
However, if you have yet to remove your Workforce Central historical data from KPC, take the following steps:
- Open a support case in the UKG Community™ (under Services and Support > Create Case) to request a database copy be made available for on-premise usage (no added cost).
- Obtain a historical hosted contract from Primeforce (approved partner) by contacting Spencer.Thomas@primeforcetech.com or calling (865) 603-6763.
- Open a service request to request an environment move to on-premise (services fees apply). For additional assistance, read the How to Open a Service Request article.
Important! You must notify us if you’re obtaining your historical data via a database download or if you intend to have your system archived locally or with a third-party provider. UKG does not provide data archiving services, so it’s important for us to understand your plan for historical data to prevent any potential data loss.

If you have not removed your historical data from KPC and do not currently have one of the above options in process, we urge you to reach out right away by contacting us via email at KPCdatasupport@ukg.com. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial.
