As we previously communicated, your UKG Workforce Central® HRMS (HR/Payroll) solutions reached end of life on April 30, 2024. We’re writing to inform you that your historical data is now at risk of removal. We will decommission all your Workforce Central environments and delete all historical data on or after Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
If you have already obtained a copy of your historical data, no further action is required.
However, if you have yet to obtain a copy of your historical database or an environment, take one of the following actions below to receive your data by April 30:
- Open a support case in the UKG Community™ (under Services and Support > Create Case) to request a database copy be made available for on-premise usage (no added cost).
- Obtain a historical hosted contract from Primeforce (approved partner) by contacting Spencer.Thomas@primeforcetech.com or calling (865) 603-6763.
- Open a service request to request an environment move to on-premise. For additional assistance, read the How to Open a Service Request article.
