• A Deadlines section providing a countdown to estimated federal and state deadlines
• A Healthcare Coverage Penalties section displaying a total estimated penalty amount
• An Employees Flagged in Penalty Estimate Calculations section providing a downloadable, searchable list of employees included in the penalty estimate section

Mark your calendar. Your ACA Services solution is ready for your 2024 filing, and we want to make sure you have the critical details you need to meet federal, state, and district deadlines. Here’s what you need to know:

ACA federal filing deadlines

• February 14, 2025: Last day to submit print/mail requests to UKG to meet federal distribution deadline
• March 3, 2025: Federal distribution deadline
• March 21, 2025: UKG deadline to approve electronic filing
• March 31, 2025: IRS deadline for electronic filing

ACA state and district electronic filing deadlines

• March 31, 2025: Rhode Island state filing deadline
• March 31, 2025: New Jersey state filing deadline
• April 30, 2025: Washington D.C. filing deadline
• June 2, 2025: California state filing deadline
