To comply with federal regulations and avoid fines, we’ve updated your UKG Pro® solution to include the ability to display a Fixed Indemnity Plan disclosure statement.
A checkbox is available to administrators to flag a deduction plan as a Fixed Indemnity Plan. During open enrollment, an employee that enrolls in one of these plans will have a disclosure statement displayed. This disclosure statement will also appear when these plans are selected by employees who experienced a qualifying life event.
