There’s no need to juggle multiple pages or applications. Not only does the new My Inbox display notifications and action items generated by your Time Management solution, it also includes convenient action buttons such as “Approve” and “Decline,” allowing you to take action directly from the notification.

Available for your Time Management solution between November 18 and December 20, action items from the new My Inbox can be accessed from both your UKG Pro solution on the web and the new UKG Pro mobile app. Support for the UKG Pro Classic app will be discontinued, effective January 1, 2025, so the My Inbox feature can only be used with the new mobile app.
