You’ve been identified as an organization potentially impacted by a retroactive change WorkSafe BC made for British Columbia assessable earnings tax category exemptions. We updated your UKG Pro^® solution so workers’ compensation premiums are calculated correctly; however, any pays from January 1 until February 23, were not updated and premiums for British Columbia workers’ compensation were not calculated correctly.

In addition, employer premiums for two tax categories updated on August 23 may be incorrect for all of 2024 and need to be recalculated.

We are working on a fix for this historical data, and we will be in touch as soon as more details are available. No action is required on your part at this time.
