Critical year-end updates are now available in your UKG Pro^® solution, and your action may be required for the following scenarios:

• RL-1s set to final or distributed prior to February 12 will require you to open a case in the UKG Community™ so we can assist with rolling back the final step to allow you to regenerate and re-finalize the files. If you have created your RL-1 electronic file (XML), you will need to regenerate and re-finalize the files.
• T4 slips set to final or distributed with the Box 45 dental code missing for one or more employees will require you to open a case so we can assist with next steps.
• T4 slips not set to final and missing the Box 45 dental code for one or more employees will require you to add the code for impacted employees and regenerate prior to finalization.

Note: If you’re using UKG Print Services, the submission deadline has been extended to Tuesday, February 18.
