It is crucial that you finalize and activate online access to Forms 1095-C for your employees before the IRS deadline on Monday, March 3.
Action required! To complete your forms from the UKG Pro® ACA Services solution, follow these steps:
- Finalize Forms 1095-C (under Menu > Administration > Reporting > ACA Manager > Generate and Finalize > click on “Finalize 1094-C” > select the applicable large employer (ALE) and click “Edit”) by filling out the form electronically and then clicking “Finalize and E-Sign.”
- Activate online access (under Menu > Administration > Reporting > ACA Manager > Generate and Finalize > Distribute and Download Forms > select the applicable large employer (ALE) and click “Enable Online Access”).
Mailing forms. If you choose to mail forms to employees, you can submit to print (under Menu > Administration > Reporting > ACA Manager > Print Services).
If you choose to mail forms only to specific employees, such as those who are termed, please download (under Menu > Administration > search for the employee > in the employee’s profile > Benefits > 1095-C) and mail the forms yourself.
