Our records indicate that as of March 20, 2025, you have not yet approved for electronic filing your Forms 1094-C and 1095-C in your UKG Pro® ACA Services solution. The deadline is Monday, March 31. If you haven’t already done so, it’s imperative that you act promptly to avoid penalties and fees.
Action may be required! To complete the electronic filing process for your 2024 ACA data in your UKG Pro ACA Services solution, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Menu > Administration > Reporting > ACA Manager > Filing and History.
- Select the checkbox to the left of each of your 2024 applicable large employers (ALEs).
- Click Approve to E-File and we’ll transmit your ACA forms to the IRS on your behalf.
- Monitor the Filing and History page for further status updates from the IRS.
Upcoming state and district deadlines:
- March 31, 2025: Rhode Island state filing deadline
- March 31, 2025: New Jersey state filing deadline
- April 30, 2025: Washington D.C. filing deadline
- June 2, 2025: California state filing deadline
