As your solutions in the Kronos Private Cloud (KPC) approach end of life in December 2025, we’ll also be transitioning your existing Citrix® access to our UKG support teams, effective Friday, January 31. This change is an added effort to ensure a higher level of security while you work with our teams to transition to another workforce management solution.
You’ll continue to have Citrix access until January 31. Beginning that day, please submit a case in the UKG Community™ for assistance executing tasks previously performed via your Citrix login. When creating a case, add the tag #KPCCitrix to the issue summary so these cases can easily be identified by our support team. Our support team will then reach out to schedule time through Meeting Scheduler to connect and provide you with temporary access to Citrix.
