The new Delaware Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program, created under the Healthy Delaware Families Act of 2022, launched January 1, 2025. To ensure UKG can file and pay on your behalf, it’s critical you assign UKG as your third-party administrator (TPA) for your Delaware state unemployment insurance (SUI).

Action required! To ensure first quarter filing is submitted timely and accurately, you’ll need to take the following steps:

1. Log in to the Delaware Department of Labor website
2. Select Account Services > Add/Manage TPA Access > click on New to open a New Entity Relationship
3. Authorize UKG as the TPA for your account by entering our ID #6000635 in the TPA ID box, and assign the Administrator role type to the new TPA
