Confirmation numbers have been added to your Forms W-2PR and they are now ready to print. UKG does not automatically print these forms on your behalf, so please take action if you would like to print with UKG.

Action may be required! If you would like UKG to print your Forms W-2PR:

1. Download the PDF version from the Year-End Dashboard in your UKG Pro^® solution (under Administration > Reporting > Year-End Dashboard > Employee Forms > Form Type: US Territories)
2. Submit the PDF to our print team via the UKG Community™ (under Services & Support > Year-End Printing > Submit Your Request).

Note: January 31 is the IRS postmark deadline for Forms W-2PR.
