This is a final reminder that we're migrating your UKG HR Service Delivery™ (HRSD) environments to the Google Cloud Platform™ (GCP) on Saturday, April 12.

Here's what you need to know:

• The migration will last approximately 15 hours, with the associated maintenance window currently scheduled from 01:30 AM CEST to 16:30 CEST.
• During this time, UKG Document Manager, UKG People Assist, and eVault solutions hosted on Production-EU environments will be inaccessible.
• We strongly recommend pausing any processes scheduled during the maintenance window. For guidance on minimizing the impact of the maintenance window on your scheduled processes, please refer to the GCP FAQs.
• Customers who have allowlisted UKG HRSD by IP address will need to update their settings. Details can be found in the HRSD GCP Migration: IP Address Changes article in the UKG Community™.
• Customers can follow the progress of the migration, including up to date maintenance window information on the UKG Status Page.
