This is a final reminder that we're migrating your UKG HR Service Delivery™ (HRSD) environments to the Google Cloud Platform™ (GCP) on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

Here's what you need to know:

• The migration will last approximately 12 hours, during the maintenance window of 12:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET. During that time, the specified environment will be inaccessible to your HR team and if applicable, your employees, SFTP, or other integrations such as API access.
• During the migration, all data will be moved to a new environment on GCP and will remain in a data center located within the United States.
• We strongly recommend that customers pause any processes scheduled during the maintenance window. For guidance on minimizing the impact of the maintenance window on your scheduled processes, please refer to the GCP FAQs.
• After the migration, there will be no changes to the way you and your employees access HRSD applications. Your URLs, logins, APIs, and other tools will remain the same.
• Customers who have allowlisted UKG HRSD by IP address will need to update their settings. Details can be found in article HRSD GCP Migration: IP Address Changes in the UKG Community™.
• Customers can follow the progress of the migration, including up to date maintenance window information on the UKG Status Page.
