As previously announced, we’re migrating your UKG HR Service Delivery™ (HRSD) environments to Google Cloud Platform™ (GCP). The migration of your UKG Document Manager and UKG People Assist solutions will occur during your maintenance window on Saturday, May 17.
Here's what you need to know:
- The scheduled migration will last about 12 hours. During that time, the specified environment will be inaccessible to your HR team and if applicable, your employees.
- During the migration, all data will be moved to a new environment on GCP and will remain in a data center located within the United States.
- After the migration, there will be no changes to the way you and your employees access HRSD applications. Your URLs, logins, APIs, and other tools will remain the same.
- While we recommend allowlisting inbound traffic based on domain addresses, customers who have allowlisted UKG HRSD by IP address will need to update their settings. Details can be found in article HRSD GCP Migration: IP Address Changes in the UKG Community™.
