We previously shared our plans to transition to the Google Cloud Platform™ (GCP) service to enhance the performance of your UKG HR Service Delivery™ (HRSD) solutions.
Starting in March 2025, your staging environment for configuring and testing your UKG Document Manager and UKG People Assist solutions will be hosted on GCP. In May 2025, we will also migrate your production environment, which supports UKG Document Manager, UKG People Assist, and Employee Vault (eVault) experiences. Both migrations to GCP will occur during scheduled maintenance windows, and we will provide specific details about your maintenance window in the coming weeks.
Here's what you need to know:
- Your staging and production environments will be inaccessible during the migration.
- All data will be moved to new environments on GCP and will remain in a data center located within the European Union.
- After the migration, there will be no changes to how you access your UKG HRSD solutions.
- If you filter by IP addresses, you will need to update your configurations with the new IP addresses. These details will also be provided in the coming weeks.
