Thank you for your continued partnership and for sharing your valuable feedback regarding the charges for late changes/inputs to your payroll. At UKG, we are committed to customer service excellence and continuously strive to enhance your experience with us.
In response to your feedback, we have taken the initiative to revise our Late Payroll Inputs Policy (previously “Late changes policy”). We understand the importance of transparency and fairness in our pricing, and as such, the revised cost for Late Payroll Inputs will now align with our Off Cycle charges. This means you will be charged the base payroll charge for the impacted country plus the standard per-person charges for the total number of employees affected by the changes.
This pricing change is based on the assumption that your late payroll inputs are occasional. Should late payroll inputs become a frequent occurrence, we reserve the right to impose higher charges.

To implement this policy amendment, we will be making necessary updates within the One View Platform. These changes will coincide with our January feature release and will go live on February 2, 2025. The new Late Payroll Inputs Policy will take effect on the same date.
