As a multi-tenant customer, your experience in the new UKG Pro® mobile app will include new Workspaces functionality that will allow you and your employees to switch between your UKG Pro HCM and UKG Pro Workforce Management™ (WFM) solutions to complete necessary tasks.
Beginning March 6, the Workspaces functionality will be available so you can navigate on the mobile app from one workspace to another without having to reenter URLs or access codes. For full details on setting up your Workspaces and additional enhancements, review the Manage UKG Pro Mobile App Workspaces job aid.
Action required! All mobile users should switch to the new UKG Pro app and discontinue legacy app usage by March 31, 2025. On that date, the legacy UKG Pro Classic, UKG Dimensions™, and UKG Talk™ mobile apps will be removed from app stores and will no longer be available for download. After March 31, legacy apps may not function properly, updates will no longer be deployed, and support tickets will not be accepted. To avoid disruptions, ensure your employees use the new UKG Pro app before March 31.
