As a multi-tenant customer, your experience in the new UKG Pro® mobile app will include new Workspaces functionality that will allow you and your employees to switch between your UKG Pro HCM and UKG Pro Workforce Management™ (UKG Pro WFM) solutions to complete necessary tasks.
To make it easier for you to switch between Workspaces without logging out, beginning March 27, you’ll be able to navigate directly from the menu to a Workspace selector and select which tenant you’d like to access. Action required! All mobile users should switch to the new UKG Pro app and discontinue legacy app usage by March 31, 2025. On that date, the legacy UKG Pro® Classic, UKG Dimensions™, and UKG Talk™ mobile apps will be removed from app stores and will no longer be available for download. After March 31, legacy apps may not function properly, updates will no longer be deployed, and support tickets will not be accepted. To avoid disruptions, ensure your employees use the new UKG Pro app before March 31.
