Your organization has been identified as using an AT&T Netgate™ virtual private network (VPN) to access your UKG Pro® solutions. Your device needs to be replaced by AT&T due to hardware deprecation. Using your existing hardware will not impede access, but if we do not replace your device soon, there may be security implications with the continued use of this older device.
Action required! To ensure a device is shipped to you for replacement, please open a case in the UKG Community™ titled "AT&T Netgate VPN Device Replacement" as soon as possible with the following information:
- IT contact for AT&T to own the device replacement process
- Physical address to which the device should be shipped
- A care of individual to receive the device at the physical location should the individual differ from the IT contact
Note: You may have more than one device and all of them may not need to be replaced. The device(s) that need to be replaced will be identified after you open a case.
