Guides and training tools:

• Download and review the Payroll Services – UKGPS Quarter-End Guide 2025.
• Bookmark the Payroll Services Resource Center, which has a library of mini training sessions, including Reconciliation Payrolls, Data Validation Reports, and Removing Unused Payrolls.
• Register for our instructor-led UKG Payroll Services Quarter-End webinar scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, at 2 p.m. ET. A recording will be available in the Payroll Services Resource Center.

Communications and resources:

• Confirm you’re a member of the UKG Payroll Services Group in the UKG Community™.
• Keep your Payroll Contact information up to date in your Payroll Services solution (under Company Settings > Global Setup > Company Setup tab > Company Contacts).
• Users with the KPS Company Administrator and Payroll Administrator security profile will receive pop-up communications providing reminders and general information leading up to the quarter-end deadline.
