As quarter end rapidly approaches, we need your help to ensure the accuracy of your data. The deadline to complete all processes for the quarter ending March 31, 2025, is April 3, 2025. Please follow these steps to review and verify the new Tax Verification Report, which the UKG^® Payroll Services team has uploaded for your organization:

1. Access your Tax Verification Report in your UKG Ready^® solution under Team > Payroll > Payroll > Reports > Taxes > Tax Documents.
2. If you have any tax identification numbers listed as Applied For, forward the numbers to UKG Global Support immediately. If you are in implementation, you’ll forward the identification numbers to your UKG project manager.
3. Confirm tax frequency on all state, local, and unemployment taxes.
4. Verify state unemployment taxes are your current 2025 rates. Rate updates from states that you report wages must be reported to UKG Global Support. They will not automatically update except in cases where we have a rate exchange with the specific jurisdiction.
5. Note any tax code that is active in the system and is not reflected as active on the Tax Verification Report or vice versa.
6. Ensure your primary payroll contact information is accurate under Admin > Company Setting > Global Setup > Company Setup > Company Contacts.

Important tips!

• A tax identification number is required when filing electronically. Failure to provide correct numbers can result in penalties.
• If you have identified discrepancies or necessary updates, please contact Global Support or your Implementation Team prior to the end of the quarter. Read our UKG Payroll Services Process: Tax Account Updates article for more information.
