Microsoft® recently announced it would discontinue support for the Exchange Web Services (EWS) ApplicationImpersonation role in Microsoft 365 connections, beginning in February. We’re aware some UKG Pro® Recruiting users may be impacted because of this change.
What does this mean for you?
If you are using an EWS service account to connect to your Interview Scheduling feature in your Recruiting solution, work with your organization’s Email Domain Administrator and follow the instructions in the Interviews section of the Connect Office 365 with Microsoft Graph API article to migrate to the Graph API solution for scheduling candidate interviews. If you do not migrate, your scheduling abilities via the Interview Scheduling feature within the Recruiting solution will no longer work.
If you use an Exchange on-premise environment or already use Graph API for Microsoft 365, you will not be affected, and no action is required on your part.
