As part of our efforts to streamline and unify your communications experience across UKG solutions, we’ll be enhancing communications you receive for UKG Ready® incidents.
Here’s what you can expect starting Monday, January 30:
- One place for incident updates. You will receive one incident communication through your UKG Ready Community Alert Group once an incident is identified. This notification will continue to be sent according to your UKG Community group opt-in preferences. The incident notification will direct you to the UKG Status Page for all ongoing updates.
- Consistent information for you and your team. We will post updates to the UKG Status Page at the following cadence according to the severity of the incident:
- Service Disruption – every 1 hour at minimum
- A service disruption is an event where users are unable to access the application/environment or use critical functions.
- Service Degradation – every 2 hours at minimum
- A service degradation is an event where users experience significant latency or functionality issues impacting everyday use of the product.
We will continue to post immediate updates on the UKG Status Page as an incident is resolved, or as new and noteworthy information is available. We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access in the future.
For more information on our communications policies and practices, please visit the UKG Status Page Communications Guide.
As always, we remain committed to providing the best and most transparent communications experience possible, even when the unexpected occurs.
