As part of our ongoing effort to enhance our processes and systems, we are switching our tax bank account to Bank of America from Fifth Third Bank. This change will not impact fee structures or payroll submission times.

Action required! Contact your bank to add the following automated clearinghouse (ACH) originating ID to your bank account(s) used for your quarterly tax variances by Thursday, February 27:

• UKG originating ID for ACH transactions: 3836210350 (Bank of America)

You can also authorize funding withdrawals via ACH debit processing yourself by adding an additional ACH debit/credit filter through your bank portal using the information provided above.

Important! You’ll only need to add the new originating ID. Do not remove authorizations for existing UKG accounts on file with your bank.
