As part of this realignment, I am delighted to introduce myself as your new Success Krew Manager, effective February 24, 2025. I am dedicated to guiding and supervising your Success Krew team members, making sure that your support experience aligns with your desired outcomes. Rest assured, I am committed to assisting you with timely case resolutions and maintaining effective communications.
Our communication methods remain unchanged. If you experience an issue with your support-related cases that need to be escalated, please @mention my name in the case comments along with the case number to notify me. This approach will help me remain focused on supporting my customers, and keep all information and communications contained within your case for easy reference.
If you are unable to migrate to the UKG TeleStaff Cloud solution before May 31, 2025, you can submit a case in the UKG Community™ with the subject line "Update Existing DIDP." Our teams will then work with you on updating your DIDP configuration which requires a minimum version of 25.50.01 (TS-7595).
