At UKG, we continuously strive to enhance the security and user experience of our solutions. In support of these goals, the current UKG TeleStaff™ authentication method will be discontinued effective Monday, May 31, 2025.

To ensure uninterrupted service, you will need to migrate to the UKG TeleStaff Cloud solution or update your existing identify provider (DIDP) configuration. To schedule your migration, please email us at telestaff.migrations@ukg.com. Be sure to include your Solution ID (SID) and any additional information about your specific needs to help us facilitate your migration.

If you are unable to migrate to the UKG TeleStaff Cloud solution before May 31, 2025, you can submit a case in the UKG Community™ with the subject line "Update Existing DIDP." Our teams will then work with you on updating your DIDP configuration which requires a minimum version of 25.50.01 (TS-7595).
