This is a reminder that we will be updating the secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) connection library in your UKG Ready^® solution. In the coming weeks, we will transition to Apache MINA SSHD as our secure shell (SSH) network protocol to meet federal security standards and further support the integrity and confidentiality of your sensitive information.

Your action is required! To ensure proper connection to your SFTP server, review our SFTP Connect Library Update article to determine if your organization is affected by this change and to identify when your POD will be upgraded.

This change may impact the connection between your UKG Ready solution and the SFTP servers you connect with in the Delivery Destination (SFTP-type). If the SFTP server is not upgraded to support at least one of the newly listed algorithms, you will be unable to connect to your SFTP server.

Note: Please be advised that the deployment dates for each POD have been adjusted to ensure you have ample time to upgrade your SFTP server to a compatible version, if necessary.
