This is a final reminder that we're migrating your UKG HR Service Delivery™ (HRSD) environment to the Google Cloud Platform™ (GCP) during your maintenance window on Saturday, June 28, 2025. This affects production environments in the Atlanta data center for UKG Document Manager and UKG People Assist.
Here's what you need to know:
- The scheduled migration will last about 12 hours, during the maintenance window of 12:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ET. During that time, your UKG HRSD applications will be inaccessible to your HR team and, if applicable, to employees. Any application programming interface (API) integrations with your UKG HRSD solutions will also be inaccessible during the migration.
- During the migration, all data will be moved to a new environment on GCP and will remain in a data center located within the United States.
- We strongly recommend that customers pause any processes scheduled during the maintenance window. For guidance on minimizing the impact of the maintenance window on your scheduled processes, please refer to the GCP FAQs.
- After the migration, there will be no changes to the way you and your employees access HRSD applications. Your URLs, logins, APIs, and other tools will remain the same.
- Customers can follow the progress of the migration, including up to date maintenance window information on the UKG Status Page.
