Mark your calendar! Your access to the UKG Authentication upgrade tool is coming to your test and production environment between May 12 and May 16. Once you gain access, you’ll have access to several improvements, including enhanced session management, the elimination of mandatory password rotation, fewer redirects, and employee self-service for account lockouts.

Get prepared. Check out the UKG Authentication Resources page to access valuable resources such as FAQs, webinar recordings, guides, and much more. These resources will help you familiarize yourself with your pre-upgrade steps and map out a plan for completion.

Here’s a few key reminders before you begin your upgrade:

• Ensure the UKG Pro^® mobile app is activated for your environment.
• If you have a test environment, complete the upgrade within your test environment first and monitor any integrations.
• You’ll be able to access your UKG Pro solutions without interruption during the upgrade.
