This is a final reminder that it’s critical to assign UKG as your Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for your Delaware state unemployment insurance (SUI) to ensure UKG can file and pay on your behalf.

Action required! To guarantee timely and accurate submission of your first quarter filing,you’ll need to take the following steps by Friday, May 9:

1. Log in to the Delaware Department of Labor website
2. Select Account Services > Add/Manage TPA Access > click on New to open New Entity Relationship
3. Authorize UKG as the TPA for your account by entering our ID #6000635 in the TPA ID box, and assign the Administrator role type to the new TPA

Important! We are unable to file your tax return until this process is complete, and your company may be liable for penalties and interest for late Q1 filing/payment.

If you have already assigned UKG as your TPA, no additional action is required on your part.
