Pay calendars don’t always start in January and end in December, so we’re making an update to account for this. Thanks to feedback from customers like you, we’re adding a Flexible Pay Calendar feature to your UKG Pro^® solution as part of your 2025 R1 Major Release coming to your non-production (or test) environment on April 28-May 2 and production environment on May 28-30.

The Flexible Pay Calendar feature (under Menu > System Configuration > Business Rules > Business Rules > select Pay Groups > from the Add/Change pay group(s) page, under Pay Calendar Creation, select the Create flexible calendar option) will allow you to configure and process payroll for pay groups with traditional or non-traditional pay calendars, such as a school year starting in July and ending in June of the next year.
