We previously shared our plans to transition to the Google Cloud Platform™ (GCP) service to enhance the performance of your UKG HR Service Delivery™ (HRSD) solutions.

Starting in July 2025, your UKG Document Manager and UKG People Assist solutions will be hosted on GCP. The migration to GCP will occur during a scheduled maintenance window, details of which will be provided in the coming weeks.

Here's what you need to know:

• Your environment will be inaccessible during the migration.
• All data will be moved to a new environment on GCP and will remain in a data center located within the United States.
• After the migration, there will be no changes to how you access your UKG HRSD solutions.
• If you allowlist by IP address, you will need to update your configuration to include new IP addresses. These details will also be provided in the coming weeks.
