This is a reminder that we're migrating your UKG HR Service Delivery™ (HRSD) environment to the Google Cloud Platform™ (GCP) during your maintenance window on Saturday, May 31, 2025. This affects production environments in Toronto for UKG Document Manager and UKG People Assist.
Here's what you need to know:
- The scheduled migration will last about 12 hours. During that time, the specified environment will be inaccessible to your HR team and if applicable, your employees, SFTP, or other integrations such as API access.
- During the migration, all data will be moved to a new environment on GCP and will remain in a data center located within Canada.
- After the migration, there will be no changes to the way you and your employees access HRSD applications. Your URLs, logins, APIs, and other tools will remain the same.
