As previously announced, we’re migrating your UKG HR Service Delivery™ (HRSD) environments to Google Cloud Platform™ (GCP). We're pleased to share that we’re moving the timeline forward in time for use in June. The migration of your UKG Document Manager and UKG People Assist solutions will now occur during a maintenance window on Saturday, May 31.
Here's what you need to know:
- The scheduled migration will last about 12 hours. During that time, the specified environment will be inaccessible to your HR team and if applicable, your employees.
- During the migration, all data will be moved to a new environment on GCP and will remain in a data center located within Canada.
- After the migration, there will be no changes to the way you and your employees access HRSD applications. Your URLs, logins, APIs, and other tools will remain the same.
