Attention customers using single sign-on (SSO):

This is a final reminder that your identity provider (IDP) certificate, used to validate single sign-on (SSO) requests and confirm user identity for your UKG Pro^® solutions production environment, will expire in the coming days.

Action required! Failure to take the necessary steps below within the next 15 days may result in disruption of your SSO login to your UKG Pro solutions:

• Renew your IDP certificate used for SSO access to UKG Pro solutions.
• Once you have renewed your IDP certificate and updated your internal IDP configuration, please open a case in the UKG Community™ with the subject line “Updated IDP Metadata Information Included for UKG Pro SSO Access” and include your updated IDP metadata information. Our team will then update your IDP configuration for UKG Pro and confirm the update through the case.

Note: This IDP certificate update, which needs to be completed by you, is crucial not only for continued access to your UKG Pro solutions but also for maintaining other integrations.
