Automate income and employment verifications for your U.S. employees when they apply for loans, credit, and government assistance with The Work Number^® from Equifax, coming soon to your UKG Pro^® solution. Here’s what you need to know:

• This service will be provided at no cost to employers that are UKG Pro customers. 
• The Work Number will automate the employment and income verification process using payroll information already within your UKG Pro solution.
• The Fair Credit Reporting Act allows only third parties with a permissible purpose under applicable law, such as lending institutions, property managers, or other businesses (verifiers), to access income and employment data.
• Such verifiers can access data 24/7 for faster decisions for employees, improving their eligibility opportunities for credit, services, and government benefits.

This service will be marked for go live in your solution by Tuesday, September 30, 2025, activating most verification types. After your organization goes live, you will receive a follow-up email from Equifax with a few simple steps to get you fully set up.

Important! If you would prefer to decline this enhancement, you must fill out the Opt-Out from The Work Number^® by Equifax form before Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
