On Thursday, November 7, we sent you the below information about a fix for a UKG Pro Workforce Management™ daylight saving time issue; however, due to a technical issue, the fix was not deployed until 3:00 p.m. ET. The information below has been updated with the accurate details. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We recently discovered some of your employees who punched in or out of the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solution from 1:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 3, may have hours that were incorrectly adjusted for daylight saving time. This resulted in a miscalculation of the totals for any impacted employee shifts.
We’ll be applying a fix to your production environment on Friday, November 8, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET, to automatically adjust timecards to display correct hour totals.
Your action may be required! Once this fix is applied:
- If the impacted employees do have their timecards signed off, the changes will appear as historical corrections. You must ensure those historical corrections are put in place (under Main Menu > Time > Employee Summary) and then select Enable Edits and Calculate Employee Totals. More information can be found in the Make Historical Corrections article.
Important! For employee timecard sign-offs completed before 3:00 p.m. ET on November 8, you may open a case in the UKG Community™ to obtain the employee list for historical corrections.
- If any impacted employees do not have their timecards signed off, these changes will automatically be reflected in their timecards and no action is required on your part.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please open a case if you require additional assistance.
